Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order (excluding return shipping costs).

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging intact.

  • Custom or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Returns are not accepted if the product shows signs of use or damage affecting resale value.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We’ll review and may offer a replacement, repair, or store credit at our discretion.

Return Process

To start a return, email hello@no04.shop with your order number.

  • Ship returns with tracking; we can’t accept returns without it.

  • Returns are at your own expense and risk.

  • For international returns, mark the package “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges (any incurred fees are your responsibility).

  • Include a copy of your invoice in the package.

Refunds

  • After your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within up to 10 business days.

  • Full-order returns include a refund of the original shipping cost.

  • Partial returns refund the item cost(s) only.
